Reignite Energy is hiring experienced door-to-door sales professionals and field sales managers to lead, sell, and grow in the energy and utilities sales market.

This role is ideal for:

- Experienced door-to-door sales agents

- Field managers with or without a team

- Top performers looking to build a team and increase income

If you have experience in D2D sales, field sales, energy sales, solar, telecom, or home services, this is a high-earning opportunity with leadership upside.

Responsibilities

- Perform door-to-door sales for residential energy services

- Close customers in face-to-face field sales

- Train, manage, and motivate door-to-door sales reps

- Lead daily field activity and sales meetings

- Ensure compliance and quality control in the field

- Build and scale a high-performing sales team

Requirements

- Proven experience in door-to-door sales or field sales

- Background in energy sales, utilities, solar, telecom, or D2D

- Strong communication and closing skills

- Leadership or team-building experience (preferred, not required)

- Self-motivated and performance-driven mindset
