Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Process Engineer for Wellfield and Plant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting and overseeing the company's process, production, and engineering standards at its satellite facility in Beeville, Texas. This role requires a strong background in engineering principles, particularly in manufacturing and process engineering, with a focus on continuous improvement and quality assurance. This is an on-site salaried position.

Responsibilities

- Maintain and track production records in the wellfield(s), waste disposal wells(s), and plant.

- Modify existing spreadsheets and develop new spreadsheets that will aid in monitoring and Tracking site data in the wellfield(s), waste disposal well(s), and plant.

- Preparing all necessary paperwork and reports from the production data gathered.

- Assist with any maintenance of existing production equipment including pumps, motors, electrical equipment, pipes, plumbing, gauges, etc.

- Prepare purchase order requests, order parts, and materials required by the project and oversee their installations.

- Prepare development plans for any future wellfield development and plant development as the mine site expands.

- Prepare economic analysis for any new developments of the project including annual operating budgets and development budgets.

Skills

- Proficient in project scheduling and management techniques.

- Must be able to handle multiple priorities and have good organizational skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficient with AutoCAD and/or ArcGIS software.

- Must be able to work independently at times with minimal direct supervision.

- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
