- Assemble fiberglass tanks and components using hand and power tools.
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow manufacturing schedules and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all NOV company policies and procedures, including:
- Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Quality Assurance
- Operational Guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
- Willing and able to work overtime and flexible shifts (day or night).
- Comfortable with physically demanding tasks, including:
- Standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movement (8–12 hours/day)
- Regularly lifting to 15 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Safety-focused and team-oriented mindset.
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred, not required)
- 6+ months of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or industrial environments(preferred)- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools (preferred)
- Ability to understand blueprints and schematics (preferred)
- Willing and able to work overtime as needed
- Must be able to work the day or night shift
