NDT/Film Auditor

Position Overview: The NDT/Film Auditor ensures compliance with welding and NDT procedures, conducting daily film quality monitoring prior to lowering-in and backfill operations.

start / end: Early September > October

- Level III NDT certification (SNTTC-1A or ANSI/ASNT CP-189-2011)

- OSHA 10-Hour Safety Card

- Critical safety training: LOTO, Confined Space, Hot Work, Excavation

- API 1184 training (requirements updated upon standard approval)

Skills & Experience

- Knowledge of industry safety guidelines and NDT/welding procedures

- Ability to identify and communicate code violations

- Experience inspecting NDT activities and equipment

- Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting NDT film and radiographic results

- Understanding of radiation safety and film quality standards

- Ability to review procedures, contract documents, and specifications

- Documentation accuracy review and record retention

- Progress reporting and production tracking
