Description:
POSITION SUMMARY: The Facility Coordinator will work independently while collaborating with various Directors to cover Maintenance, Environmental and Procurement from an Administrative standpoint for GHR11.
REPORTS TO: Plant Manager
SUPERVISES: N/A
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Process routine and corrective maintenance work orders, track to ensure timely completion, close out work orders and bring forward outstanding items or anomalies as required.
•Coordinator the preventative maintenance schedule with the team
•Data entry into the CMMS for new and existing equipment and parts. Generate labels and update maintenance schedules or job plans. Complete cycle counts, restock inventory and set / adjust reorder points.
•Coordinate job plan updates, input changes into the system, issue and communicate changes to the maintenance team.
•Conduct training and information sessions on the CMMS program for maintenance team members.
•Data entry, daily upkeep, and reporting within Procurement software.
•Collect and process all purchasing requests.
•Build working relationships with vendors.
•Oversight and consolidation of standard items to reduce duplication.
•Analyze purchases for efficiency and cost-effective measures.
Requirements:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
•Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)
•3 – 5 years relevant administrative work experience with customers, vendors and auditors
•Previous CMM/MRP system experience preferred
•Previous Parts/Maintenance Parts coordination preferred
•Technical / Mechanical understanding
