FLATBED TRUCK DRIVER - STEEL HAUL

Seeking a full-time Flatbed Truck Driver / current CDL-A license

Responsible for safely operating a flatbed truck to transport steel products to and from customers and other ANCO locations.

- Driving local and regional areas, as well as some long-distance jobs 150+ miles from the shop.

- Secure cargo - tarp and untarp when weather requires.

- Follow designated routes and schedules for timely deliveries.

- Inspect and maintain the flatbed truck to ensure safe and efficient operation.

- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate deliveries.

- Adhere to all relevant driving regulations and safety standards while on the road.

COMPETETIVE PAY- Hourly rate commensurate with experience. Time and a half overtime after 40 hours in a workweek.

Full-time Company Driver - Work days are Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

To successfully secure this opportunity, you must have:

- Valid commercial driving license CDL-A required.

- Must be 21 years old or older.

- Proficient in written / verbal communication in ENGLISH.

- Current valid profile in DOT Clearinghouse.

- Minimum 2 years’ flatbed truck driving required.

- Minimum 2 years of steel hauling or heavy material hauling.

- Must pass background check and drug test.

- No DOT-recorded accidents in the last 12 months.

- No serious moving violations in the last 12 months.

- Physically dexterous to secure cargo and tarp/un-tarp trucks.
