Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a FERC/Compliance Specialist, located in Dallas, TX. The FERC/Compliance Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulations set by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Day-to-day tasks include overseeing regulatory filings, coordinating with various departments to ensure compliance, and maintaining detailed records of compliance activities. The role also involves conducting audits, preparing reports, and staying updated on regulatory changes in addition to any other optimization opportunities.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of FERC regulations and compliance standards

- Experience with regulatory filings, report preparation, and record maintenance

- Strong analytical and auditing skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and work independently

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economis, Law, or related field

- Experience in the energy sector is a plus
