Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Industrial Laborer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of tasks involving physical labor in industrial settings such as warehouses, factories, or construction sites. Responsibilities include equipment operation, material handling, general cleaning, and assisting skilled tradespeople.

Key Responsibilities:

- Load, unload, and transport materials and products

- Assist with the setup and breakdown of industry equipment

- Maintain clean and safe work areas by removing debris and waste

- Follow all safety guidelines and report any hazards or incidents

- Support skilled workers (Blaster's & Technicians) as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED preferred

- Prior Military experience is a plus

- Previous experience in an industrial setting is a plus

- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and work in physically demanding environments

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed

- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions

- Exposure to loud noise, heavy machinery, dust, and varying temperatures

- Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
