Job Summary

SunSolarLife LLC is hiring an experienced Roof Lead Installer to lead residential solar installs. You will run point on the roof, ensure safety, and deliver clean, code-compliant installs.

Requirements

- 2–3+ years solar install experience

- Strong experience on Tile, Flat & Shingle roofs

- Experience with Enphase systems

- Familiar with IronRidge, Unirac & K2 racking

- Knowledge of ropes, tie-ins & 3-point anchors

- Must own and wear a safety harness

- Able to use CompanyCam or Site Capture

Responsibilities

- Lead rooftop operations and keep crew safe

- Install racking, panels, inverters, conduit & wiring

- Perform roof penetrations, flashing, bonding & grounding

- Tie-in systems, connect J-boxes, replace tiles/shingles

- Upload required install photos for PPA/Lease compliance

Pay

- Competitive 1099 pay ( Pay Per hourly, to start. Panel Pay, Per Kw, will be available with performance after 90 days.Strict Requirements will need to be met with photo compliance, performance, and completion of every job. Jobs will be paid out based solely on completion.

Pay: $24.87 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
