Essential Functions

- Transform ordinary yards into healthy, vibrant, envy-of-the-neighborhood lawns.

- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and other turf treatments with precision and care.

- Diagnose lawn issues (weeds, pests, diseases — you know the drill) and recommend solutions.

- Operate all the cool lawn care equipment — safely and efficiently.

- Educate customers on proper lawn care and build long-term relationships.

- Keep detailed service records (because the little things matter too).

- Work outside in the fresh air — 8 to 10 hours a day — because you love what you do.

Wage Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. Starting wage is determined based on relevant experience + pesticide applicator license status. This is an hourly, non-exempt position. The Perks

Must Haves

- 1-2 years of hands-on lawn care or landscaping experience — transferable skills are welcome.

- Pesticide applicator license (or ability to obtain — we’ll help if needed!).

- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and great customer service skills.

- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.

- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

- Must be 21 years of age or older.
