Full-Time Solar Installer – Virtue Solar | Charlottesville, VA

Virtue Solar is a locally owned residential solar company that's been installing systems in Central Virginia since 2015. We're hiring an experienced installer to join our full-time crew.

This is a boots-on-the-roof, hands-in-the-panel position. We do quality residential work and we need someone who takes pride in doing the job right — mechanically and electrically.

What you'll be doing:

- Residential solar installation from start to finish — roof work, racking, modules, and AC-side electrical

- Inverter wiring, panel connections, conduit runs, breaker installs, and system commissioning

- Working to code on every job and keeping accurate records

- Showing up ready to work as part of a tight crew

What we're looking for:

- 2+ years of hands-on solar installation experience

- Strong AC-side electrical skills

- Experience with Enphase systems

- NEC code knowledge and a genuine commitment to quality work

- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

- NABCEP or OSHA credentials are a plus
