Blue Water Industries, a growing aggregate producer, is currently seeking to fill a Experienced Excavator Operator position at the Yancey Quarry in Burnsville, NC. Excavator Operator Requirements

· Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Excavators.

· Perform a pre-shift inspection, keep coolant, lubricants, and oils at proper levels, and any other miner maintenance and repairs on the excavator.

· Must be familiar with and adhere to service requirements, equipment and operator limitations and safe operating procedures at all times.

· Must keep housekeeping inside and outside of equipment clean and neat at all times.

· Assist with housekeeping and maintenance duties in the quarry as needed.

· Willing to be task-trained on other mobile equipment.

· Performs other duties as directed by management.

Experience: Must have at 1 year of related experience.

Physical demands:

· Must be able to push, pull or lift 50 lbs. or more.

· Must be able to bend down, crouch and squat

· Must be able to be able to walk the plant and perform repairs and clean-up when needed.

· Must be able to climb a 10-foot vertical ladder.

· Must be able to work in various weather conditions
