As an employee of Propane Ninja, you’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape and elevate our brand across every touchpoint — from creative marketing to internal communications and customer experience. This position is both creative and detail-oriented by nature—you’ll need to think strategically, stay organized under pressure, and uphold the Ninja Standard of professionalism, efficiency, and excellence. We’re looking for someone who brings a proactive “get it done” mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional brand experiences.
- Design and produce marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, signage, and email templates using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
- Maintain and enhance brand templates and visual standards as new divisions grow
- Ensure consistent branding across all customer touchpoints including documents, communications, and signage
- Review and refine existing materials to elevate presentation and clarity
- Anticipate needs and take ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
- Prepare newsletters, announcements, and updates that reflect the Propane Ninja brand voice.
- Plan and coordinate company events, team meetings, and culture initiatives.
- Support the executive team with scheduling, meeting preparation, travel coordination, and project tracking.
- Proven creative and organizational skills aligned with marketing and brand execution.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Professional discretion when handling sensitive company information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with customer experience or brand management practices.
- Basic data analysis skills for interpreting feedback results.
- Experience with event planning or creative coordination.
- A small portfolio showcasing design or marketing projects.
- Collaborate directly with executive leadership in a growing company.
