Local Technology Firm in need of an Exec Admin and Experienced Marketing Assistant.

We are looking for a part-time person who can work 10-20 Hours per week.

We offer flexible hours for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Provide Admin and Marketing support to Executive

Website and Marketing Updates

Be able to keep office organized and professional workplace

Provide project assistance and analyze plans and results

Maintain electronic and hard copy records

Perform tasks with attention to detail and accuracy

Organize workflow and update plan

Organize Email Inboxes

Provide reminders to the CEO

Required Work Experience and Skills:

5 (+) years of Admin and Marketing Experience

Excellent interpersonal, Oral and written communication skills

Computer skills in office and website management with web designers

Must be able to follow direction and work with minimum supervision.

Must be a self-starter and independent thinker

Have Excellent time management and be able to multi-task

Punctual and reliable

Marketing and social media experience

Compensation:

Part-time $20-$25 per Hour commensurate with experience
