Summary: The Robot Forming Operator is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all robotically automated forming cells.

Shift: TRAINING ON FIRST SHIFT until objectives are met Monday-Thursday 5:30AM-4:30PM with mandatory OT when applicable. Regular shift is Monday-Thursday 4PM-2:30AM with mandatory OT when applicable

Essential Duties: Essential job duties for this position include the following items. Other duties must be performed as assigned or required.

- Set up new jobs on all cells.

- Troubleshoot of faults experienced during automated production.

- Inspect parts.

- Non-conforming part quarantine and labeling.

- Handle material via forklift

- Lift 25 lbs. repetitively

Qualifications:

- At least two years of previous manufacturing experience is required

- At least one year of forklift experience

- Print reading experience is beneficial

- Basic math

- Good communication skills is a must

- Familiar with Microsoft Windows
