Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Estimator / Project Coordinator to join our growing team. Responsibilities

- Prepare estimates, digital take-offs, and proposals

- Collaborate with project managers and clients to develop accurate pricing and cost control strategies.

- Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure comprehensive understanding of scope and requirements.

- Request, compare, and track material and subcontractor quotes

- Coordinate project schedules, procurement activities, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines.

- Communicate professionally with suppliers, clients, subcontractors, and internal team.

- Support construction site teams by providing technical guidance on estimating and project coordination tasks.

- Maintain organized documentation of bids, contracts, change orders, and project correspondence.

Requirements

- knowledge of estimating software (Square takeoff, Bluebeam) or the willingness and ability to learn quickly

- Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and solid organizational habits

- Ability to multitask, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities

- Prior estimating or construction experience is helpful.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical specifications.
