Position Overview

We’re hiring an entry-level Solar Installer to join our crew working on projects in the Helena, Great Falls, and Bozeman areas. Some travel outside of these regions will be required about 20% of the time, with travel accommodations provided. Experience is preferred but not required — if you’re a hard worker willing to learn, this is the perfect opportunity to start a career in solar.

Most of our crew works overtime regularly, giving them the chance to earn extra income with our busy installation schedule.

What You’ll Do

- Assist with installing rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems.

- Help run conduit, pull wire, and support electrical tasks.

- Load, unload, and organize equipment and materials.

- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean job site.

- Work with the crew lead to ensure high-quality installations.

Requirements

- Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and outdoors in all weather.

- Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily.

- Reliable transportation to the Helena office or job sites.

- Willingness to travel for work (20% of the time on average).

- Experience in construction or electrical work is a plus, but not required.

- Strong work ethic and team-first attitude.

Location: Helena, MT (travel to Great Falls and Bozeman regularly)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time hours Travel: 20% outside primary service areas, accommodations provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
