CO2Blast Ltd is an Edmonton-based industrial cleaning company specializing in dry ice blasting (CO2 blast cleaning) and surface preparation for commercial and industrial customers across Western Canada. Since 2005, we’ve helped clients keep equipment, plants, and facilities cleaner—using an eco-conscious process that relies on recycled CO2 pellets and prioritizes safety on every job.
CO2Blast Ltd is looking for an entry-level Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our office team in Edmonton. This is a phone-and-organization-heavy role where you’ll help manage the flow of work from first contact → estimate → schedule → invoice.
You’ll be responsible for cold calling, building basic estimates using templates, booking jobs on the schedule, and sending invoices / supporting payment follow-up. We will train the right person—what matters most is reliability, attention to detail, and comfort on the phone.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided lists/scripts
- Reconnect with past customers and follow up on leads
- Track calls, outcomes, and next steps in our system
- Gather job details by phone/email (scope, timing, location, site requirements)
- Create and send estimates using company templates and price lists
- Follow up on quotes to answer questions and book the work
- Schedule jobs/appointments and confirm details with customers
- Send reminders and handle rescheduling as needed
- Communicate clearly with the field team to keep jobs running smoothly
- Prepare and send invoices after job completion
- Take payments over the phone (when applicable) and respond to billing questions
- Help keep job records organized and accurate for billing
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking professionally with customers
- Organized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a busy office
- Strong attention to detail (quotes/invoices/scheduling accuracy matters)
- Basic computer skills (email, calendars, spreadsheets) and willingness to learn software quickly
- Customer service, call center, reception, retail, or admin experience
- Any experience with estimating, dispatching/scheduling, invoicing, or CRM/accounting software
- Construction/industrial services exposure (helpful but not necessary)
- Entry-level role with training and clear processes
- Busy, stable work supporting industrial and commercial customers
