The customer service representative is responsible for responding to customer inquiries regarding placement of orders, pricing, deliveries and expedites. The job requires processing orders placed via phone, internet and ebay. Strong verbal communication and the ability to manage multiple tasks is essential. No cold calling or outside sales is required. The job pays $18 - $20 per hour depending on experience.
