Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

- Represent our services to local residential customers

- Work in pre-assigned Cincinnati territories (no cold calling)

- Follow a proven sales process with ongoing leadership support

- Set and meet personal and team goals

- Earn and grow in a high-energy, team-based environment

Qualifications

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

- Coachable, dependable, and motivated to succeed

- Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

- Available Monday–Friday from 11:00 AM–8:00 PM

- Sales experience is welcome but not required

- $36,000–$96,000+ first-year earning potential - Guaranteed weekly base pay + uncapped commission + performance bonuses
