Berico is seeking a skilled Electrical Manager. This leadership role blends hands-on technical knowledge with strategic business oversight. The ideal candidate will be a proven team leader who understands field operations and can interpret financial reports to drive performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage electrical service teams

- Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and quality control of field operations

- Analyze financial reports, job costing, and budgets to inform operational decisions

- Implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and reduce costs

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations

- Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies and service expansion

- Maintain vendor relationships and manage inventory and procurement

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential electrical services with leadership responsibilities

- Strong understanding of financial metrics, reporting, and operational KPIs

- Bonus: Electrical License

- Excellent communication and team-building skills

- Experience with service management software and scheduling tools is a plus

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
