Provides technical expertise to evaluate system performance and recommend improvements for electric distribution reliability. Contributes to planning and execution of projects that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Offers specialized technical knowledge to lead and monitor the construction of overhead and underground electrical distribution systems.

- Coordinates field activities for subdivisions, commercial developments, and reliability projects.

- Conducts risk assessments for construction and maintenance operations.

- Reviews installation and removal procedures for high-voltage components.

- Identifies best practices to improve productivity and reduce operating costs.

- Prepares recommendations for short- and long-term reliability plans.

- Provides technical input for capital planning and budgeting processes.

- Advises line crews on complex project requirements.

- Performs other duties as assigned.
