Supervise a team, leads the direction, oversight, and execution of implementation of the Quality program for EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) activities performed by suppliers in support of expansion of ACOs enrichment activities at the Piketon Facility. Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining procedures and project quality plan(s) to ensure Quality requirements are met in accordance with the Quality Assurance Program Description (QAPD) and U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) regulations.
- Leads the implementation and execution of Quality Project Plan oversight for an EPC supplier.
- Responsible for the preparation of quality assurance documents and procedures and assisting all levels of project personnel in quality related matters.
- Performs contractor monitoring activities and assessments in accordance with site or group procedure(s).
- Maintains a supplier program, conducts site audits and annual evaluations, and provides oversight of supplier activities on and off site.
- Oversees the inspection and acceptance of material and equipment for compliance to specifications and applicable quality requirements.
- Acts as lead quality auditor, and follows up on audit findings and corrective actions.
- Prepares site audit/assessment schedules, discipline activity plans for the QA function, and audit reports (internal and external), noting nonconformance’s and verifying effective corrective action.
- Responsible for providing direction, training and evaluation on quality issues.
- Manages and oversees the maintenance of QA records for all phases of the project(s).
- Provides assigned technical, administrative or functional support to the management team.
- Assists with instructing employees on the work methods and performance expectations.
- Maintains knowledge of and demonstrates ability to perform work safely in accordance with all approved safety policies, procedures and applicable regulations and performs assigned duties in a safe manner.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by management.

- Provide supervision, direction, and oversite to others in the Quality organization.

- BA/BS degree in a related field and 4 years of related Quality experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Typical experience ranges from 8 - 12 years developing or implementing QA/QC programs and procedures in an industrial or nuclear setting.
- Requires proficient computer skills, such as but not limited to, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Adobe to process records and generate reports, charts, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Preference given to candidates currently possessing a DOE “Q” or “L” clearance
- Previous experience at NRC regulated site
- BS-Science or Technical Education
- American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certifications
- Lead NQA-1 Auditor Certification
- Applicable Quality Assurance Industry Knowledge including NRC/DOE Regulations (NQA-1 and DOE O 414.1D)
- Military Experience

This position will require preemployment background check on the part of the Company and in order to receive a DOE security clearance, a background investigation by the Federal government. Subsequent Federal government reinvestigations may be required.
