Dump Truck Driver – Full Time

About Us

Geddis Paving & Excavating has been building roads and sites in NW Ohio for over 75 years. We’re a growing road construction company with a strong team and full fleet of equipment. We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Dump Truck Driver to join our crew and support commercial, industrial, and public projects.

What You’ll Do

- Safely operate a dump truck to haul stone, asphalt, and other materials.

- Work at job sites, quarries, and asphalt plants.

- Tailgate stone and back into pavers (experience a plus).

- Perform daily truck inspections and keep equipment clean and roadworthy.

- Communicate with dispatchers and foremen.

What We’re Looking For

- CDL Class B license required (Class A preferred).

- Previous dump truck experience in construction settings.

- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to follow directions.

- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Schedule & Pay

- Monday–Friday, ~6:00 AM–5:00 PM, with overtime paid over 40 hours.

Pay: $23.50 - $25.00 per hour
