Door-to-Door Lead Setter – Home Improvement Company

We specialize in providing top-quality roofing, solar, windows, and HVAC solutions to homeowners, and we need enthusiastic team members to help us connect with potential customers.

What You’ll Do:

- Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to engage with homeowners.

- Educate homeowners on the benefits of upgrading their home with our services.

- Set qualified appointments for our sales consultants.

- Represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience highly preferred in canvassing, sales, or customer-facing roles — but we’re willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude.

- Strong communication and people skills.

- Goal-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or on a team.

Compensation & Benefits:

- $17–$20/hour, depending on experience.
