Job Title: Director of Training and Support

Note: This is an onsite role and can be based out of our offices in The Woodlands, TX, Jackson, MS, or New Orleans, LA. The selected candidate, if not local, will need to relocate for this position. Relocation assistance is available for this posting.
The Director, Training and Support is responsible for the overall governance, oversight and implementation of enterprise-wide programs such as safety, leadership, instructor training programs, design and development of content, and analytics. The role will be responsible for shaping the future of Operations work, by providing strategic direction that aligns training functional priorities with Entergy’s strategic objectives and shared values.
