Summary
Job Responsibilities
•Perform work in compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality expectations while supporting a production schedule.
•Execute daily priorities as defined by the supervisor or area lead.
•Perform dimensional inspection of product using Romer or Faro arm portable CMM equipment.
•Perform dimensional inspection of product using stationary CMM equipment.
•Perform dimensional inspection of product using hand tools.
•Interpret and report results of inspections and maintain documentation in an organized fashion.
•Identify and document product non-conformities.
•Complete all required documentation.
•Support continuous improvement and HSSE projects.
•Lift a minimum of 30lbs.
•Maintain regular and reliable attendance and performance to meet production and business needs.
•Performs additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
•High school diploma or GED with 5+ years of dimensional inspection experience.
•Demonstrated ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
•Experience using Romer or Faro arm portable CMM equipment.
•Experience using mechanical measurement tools or hand tools.
Desired Characteristics
•Preferred to have experience using stationary CMM equipment and PC-DMIS software.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Ability to apply basic written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to apply concepts of basic math and basic PC skills.
•Ability to work, focus and thrive in a very fast paced and noisy work environment.
•Strong oral and written communication skills.
•Strong work ethic and adherence to processes and policies.
•Experience working with offshore drilling equipment, specifically BOP and wellbore equipment.
Additional Information
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.
No relocation assistance.
