What We Do
We are an expense management firm which means we work with clients to devise strategies and solutions that will help contain, lower and/or optimize their expenses within 3 main areas:
•Utilities – electricity and natural gas including retail contract procurement, delivery charge reviews and energy efficiency reviews.
•Credit card processing – providing POS solutions that offer businesses state of the art features at a price that is fair and reasonable.
•Cell phone management – using our pooled data management approach, we provide affordable cell phone plans for businesses and personal use.
About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic, results focused Digital Marketing Coordinator that will bring innovative ideas forward to support the growth and sales objectives of the company. This role will report directly to the EVP of Marketing and will use a number of traditional and digital marketing initiatives aimed at increasing overall brand awareness, reaching new clients, and telling the 8760 story across a number of mediums including printed content, website presence, social media platforms and radio. This role will have influence and responsibility for developing, implementing and managing marketing programs that will help increase sales conversations and ultimately new business.
What you will do: As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will wear several hats, balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution. Your key responsibilities will include:
•Bringing innovative ideas forward: We are looking for innovative marketing ideas that will take our company to the next level and help drive our sales growth. You will also utilize more traditional marketing tools and initiatives to help increase brand awareness and client engagement.
•Digital Marketing and Social Media Mastery: You will develop the digital marketing and social media strategy and execute scroll-stopping content and digital marketing campaigns that ultimately expand our audience and drive sales leads.
•Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content plan that positions our brand as an industry expert and leader in our three lines of business. This will be done across a number of mediums including printed content, website presence, social media platforms, streaming platforms and radio.
•Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and analyze marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
•Website Excellence: Help manage and maintain a visually engaging, user-friendly, and resource-packed online presence that will tell the 8760 story and engage prospects looking for our services.
•Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to understand competitive challenges, client expectations, and opportunities to drive more sales so that highly targeted and well thought our marketing initiatives can be developed, deployed and executed. This would include management, coordination and participation in sales and marketing conferences to help create face to face awareness of 8760 and what we offer clients.
Key Skills and Qualifications
•Minimum of 2-3 years of marketing experience in digital marketing, content management or a related field.
•Professional proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is required.
•Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders. This role will work hand in glove with the sales team to develop marketing initiatives that hit the mark with clients and drive success.
•Proven ability to develop digital marketing campaigns, content strategies and write for various digital platforms (web, social, email, blogs). Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and how social media platforms work is critical to having success in this role.
•Familiarity with branding, brand strategy, and voice of brand, with the ability to create persona-driven content that will tell the 8760 story.
•Experience creating marketing collateral for both print and digital formats, including B2B content such as pitch decks and white papers.
•Knowledge of SEO best practices, experience optimizing content for search engines and working knowledge of Wordpress would be a definite asset.
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
•Good story telling & problem solving skills.

•Recognized degree, diploma or certificate in Marketing
•Ability to manage time, handle multiple tasks, and work efficiently within tight deadlines.
•Flexible and adaptive in response to team needs.
•Able to work independently, as well as being a team player who can work collaboratively with multiple team members across varying seniority levels.
