Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery / Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role involves a combination of warehouse duties and delivery responsibilities, ensuring that products are efficiently loaded, transported, and delivered to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have experience in both warehouse operations and driving.

Responsibilities

- Load and unload products from delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manually as needed.

- Drive a box truck or other delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.

- Follow established routes for timely deliveries while ensuring the safety of the vehicle and cargo.

- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or issues encountered.

- Assist with inventory management within the warehouse, including organizing stock and conducting regular counts.

- Perform heavy lifting and moving of products as required to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving is a plus.

- Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is advantageous.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

- Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks is highly desirable.

- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and engage in physical activity throughout the workday.

- Reliable transportation to commute to work locations as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
