Overview Temporary Manufacturing Data Entry & Inventory Implementation Clerk

Duration: 1–3 months Hours: 12–16 hours per week (minimum) Location: On-site

We are seeking an experienced, tech-savvy Data Entry Clerk to support inventory counting and the implementation of a new inventory system within our manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on, temporary role requiring strong Excel skills, accuracy, and experience uploading inventory data into systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and maintain accurate inventory data using Excel and company systems

- Perform hands-on physical inventory counts to verify quantities and item accuracy

- Create clear and detailed item descriptions, SKUs, and part numbers

- Prepare, clean, and format Excel inventory files for system upload

- Upload inventory data into a new inventory/ERP system and validate accuracy

- Reconcile physical inventory with system records and resolve discrepancies

- Assist with inventory system implementation and data migration

- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams during setup

Required Qualifications

- Proven data entry experience (required)

- Strong Excel skills required (formulas, filtering, pivot tables)

- Tech-savvy with experience supporting system implementations or data uploads

- Hands-on experience with inventory counts and material verification

- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

Ideal Candidate

Detail-oriented, Excel-strong, and comfortable working both on the warehouse floor and in systems to ensure inventory accuracy during implementation.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
