Applicant must:

- Hold a valid DZ level driver's license with a clean driver's abstract

- Consistently exceed customer service standards and customer concerns in a professional manner

- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills to be able to communicate effectively and courteously with customers, co-workers, and dispatchers

- Have the ability to work well under pressure in sometimes unpredictable circumstances i.e. traffic and weather conditions

- Be comfortable working with computers, tablets, and cell phones

- Be accountable for working safely and ensure work is conducted in compliance with health and safety policies

- Minimum of 3 years driving experience
