About the Role

At Metercor

, we’re delivering large-scale gas and water meter exchange programs across North America. We’re expanding our team and hiring both

Full-Time and Part-Time Dispatchers / Workforce Coordinators

with a background in

Workforce Management or Dispatch operations .

This is a critical role—your expertise in scheduling, dispatching, and resource optimization ensures our customers receive timely, professional service while our field teams run smoothly.

What You’ll Do

✅ Manage incoming service requests and customer inquiries.

✅ Schedule and dispatch field technicians for installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

✅ Balance technician schedules, workloads, and SLA requirements.

✅ Track work orders, schedules, and documentation with 98%+ accuracy.

✅ Monitor technician routes and adjust in real time for efficiency.

✅ Work closely with project managers and field supervisors to resolve issues quickly.

✅ Follow up on completed service requests to confirm quality and collect feedback.

Success Metrics

- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): 90%+

- On-Time Service Rate:

95%+

- Scheduling & Documentation Accuracy:

98%+

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in Workforce Management and/or Dispatch operations (required)

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Tech-savvy with WFM or scheduling tools (Rippling, Salesforce, or similar systems an asset)

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
