**Primary Responsibilities**

* Support the Coating Operator with thermocleaning, baking, blasting, and coating processes.
* Follow all safety and standard operating procedures to ensure safe and quality operations.
* Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to maintain smooth production flow.

**Job Duties**

* Set up and adjust equipment based on work orders.
* Perform in-process quality checks during production.
* Report any irregularities or issues to supervisors promptly.
* Maintain documentation and production reports as required.
* Perform other duties as directed by supervisors or their designees.

**Education and Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* 1 to 3 years of related experience preferred.
* Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot.
* Prior coating, sandblasting, and crane operation experience is a plus.
* Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
