With general guidance from functional management and in accordance with organization goals, values and norms, provides direction on activities, behaviors and performance, and motivates team members. Identifies and analyzes problems, plans, tasks, and solutions. Monitors team budget and resource allocations to ensure proper use of assets; achieving profitability, productivity, and growth targets. Reports to management and program(s) on team accomplishments, achievements, and productivity. Develops long-range financial and nonfinancial objectives and strategic plans identifying internal and external issues that could affect growth and profitability. Understands customer and program requirements. Provides internal and external presentations on program offerings and savings acquisition initiatives. Analyzes local market data to inform program forecasts.
Key Responsibilities:
50% Oversee and train, Energy Technicians.
Assure work is completed correctly, approve hours worked and time off requests.
Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers.
40% Conduct installation of residential energy efficiency upgrades and recommend solutions. Record inspection results, customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements. Provide input and status updates to program staff. Troubleshoot technical problems and issues in accordance with client specifications
5% Travel throughout a defined territory
5% Misc.
Education and Experience:
3-5 years relevant industry technical certification/training preferred
High School or Associates Degree
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
