Job Summary

PraXel Media is expanding its team as our projects grow across the country. We are seeking a skilled Creative Media Professional to join our Media Department. This is not a traditional desk job—this role requires frequent travel to project sites, where you will capture and deliver high-quality content that tells the real story of our people, our work, and our impact. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills in photography, videography, and design, combined with a sharp understanding of social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel frequently to project sites across the country to document field work and company projects.

- Capture professional-quality photography and videography that reflects the scope and scale of PraXel’s work.

- Edit and produce media using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and DaVinci Resolve.

- Design engaging graphics and visual materials to support company initiatives.

- Develop content strategies that enhance PraXel’s presence across social media platforms.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand standards and project goals.

- Maintain a strong organizational workflow for media assets, ensuring timely delivery of content.

- Be available to respond quickly to urgent needs, including on-call availability.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in photography, videography, and editing.

- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom) and DaVinci Resolve.

- Strong graphic design skills and understanding of visual storytelling.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing strategies.

- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple assignments.

- Must be local to London, Kentucky.

- Must be available for frequent travel and on-call assignments.

Preferred Experience

- Previous work in marketing, media production, or creative fields.

- Experience producing media in fast-paced environments.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, and design work (link required with application).
