Job Summary

Integrity Energy Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled Crawlspace Structural Repair Technician to perform framing and moisture-control repairs. This role involves working in crawlspaces to repair joists, piers, and band sills, as well as assisting with moisture mitigation systems.

Responsibilities

- Sister damaged or weakened floor joists.

- Install, adjust, or repair support piers per building code.

- Replace deteriorated band sills and other framing members.

- Assist with vapor barrier installation, dehumidifiers, sump pumps, and drainage improvements.

- Inspect crawlspaces, identify structural issues, and recommend corrective actions.

- Work safely in confined environments and follow OSHA and company safety standards.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience in residential carpentry, framing, or structural repair.

- Knowledge of crawlspace construction and local building codes.

- Ability to work in crawlspaces and other confined areas.

- General handyman skills (plumbing, electrical, insulation) preferred.

- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required.

- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
