Phillips 66 is seeking an experienced and motivated attorney to join our legal team as Counsel or Senior Counsel, supporting our midstream business. The
Counsel / Senior Counsel, Midstreamposition reports to the Managing Counsel – Business Development and Corporate Transactions and will work with colleagues on Phillips 66’s in-house legal team. The successful candidate will provide legal advice and transactional support to Phillips 66’s midstream business, with a particular focus on natural gas gathering and processing (G&P) ; fractionation, storage, and transportation of natural gas liquids (NGLs) ; and transportation, storage, and distribution of crude oil and refined products. This position presents an exciting opportunity to play a central role in advising the business on the legal aspects of midstream strategy, transactions, regulatory issues, and day-to-day execution that will involve interfacing with other business units and corporate functions of Phillips 66.
