We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Appointment Setter/Telemarketing Agent to join our dynamic sales support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers, introducing them to the benefits of solar energy and scheduling consultations with our sales representatives. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for clean energy.
- Make outbound calls to homeowners to introduce Equity Solar and explain the benefits of solar energy.
- Qualify leads based on company criteria and schedule appointments for our sales consultants.
- Manage call lists, track interactions, and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with interested homeowners and confirm scheduled appointments.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to consultation.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or Sales preferred (solar experience is a plus, but not required).
- 2 Years of Sales Experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay motivated in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with phone-based outreach and basic computer skills (CRM experience a plus).
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.
