We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Human Resources Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is 100% in office position with flexibility for occasional work-from-home opportunities. This person will be responsible for the entire recruiting life cycle, from recruiting to onboarding and every step in between. This person will also be entering and managing all employee data within the organization's HRIS system while supporting a broad range of HR functions. This role will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant data entry to support HR's processes and reporting.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and hiring timelines
- Develop and post job descriptions across multiple platforms
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Maintain an applicant pipeline
- Screen resumes and conducts phone/video interviews
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes
- Evaluate candidates and provide hiring recommendations
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
•Coordinate pre-employment processes (background checks, references, documentation)•Prepare offer letters and on-boarding paperwork
- Coordinate Day One orientation and on-boarding schedules
- Ensure system access, equipment, and training are in place
- Partner with managers to support 30/60/90-day on-boarding plans
- Collect feedback to improve on-boarding and retention
- Process Payroll and ensure accurate processing of weekly employee compensation
- Accurately manage and update all employee-related data in the HRIS system (ADP) and tracking logs.
- Process all unemployment claims
- Filling all employee documents into our digital employee files- 5+ years of recruiting experience preferred
- I-9 verification and compliance knowledge
- Experience with ADP Preferred
- Strong Interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
