The Laborer position at Mirra will work with experienced employees setting up work sites, supporting confined space entries, performing normal trench work duties, maintaining and using hand/power tools, a wide variety of materials, and learning additional skills to support other crew members. Laborers will assist team members performing technical civil construction operations to ensure the best quality of work and safety of the entire crew. All new hires will undergo skills and safety training to support them in the field.
