Position: Construction Estimator

Location: Mandeville, LA Employment Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

· Prepare detailed cost estimates and takeoffs for heavy civil, utility, and infrastructure projects

· Develop project schedules and assist in project planning

· Analyze drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documentation

· Create and handle submittals from estimate

· Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors

· Provide value engineering and risk analysis

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction means, methods, and materials

What We’re Looking For:

· 7+ years of experience in estimating within the heavy civil, utility, and road construction sectors

· Proven experience in project planning and scheduling

· Strong understanding of site development, subdivisions, drainage, and wastewater treatment construction

· Proficiency with estimating and scheduling software; MS Projects / Procore experience is a plus

· Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
