This is a contract role through Magnit for Consumers Energy in Jackson, Michigan. This is working onsite in Jackson, MI.

Responsibilities:

- Designs and implements cloud-based solutions.

- Assesses existing configurations and makes recommendations based on product specifications.

- configures equipment and software to meet business needs, trains others on the solution, and documents the solution for ongoing support.

- Functions as part of a team on larger projects, or individually provides the services on support visits or smaller projects.

- provides technical support and Assists with the design of cloud solutions.

- Upgrades equipment and software, applies patches, and ensures physical security of data.

- designs disaster recovery plans for cloud services.

- creates effective cloud strategies, including specific performance reports and metrics.

- Assists with troubleshooting cloud devices when issues are reported.

Required Skills:

- Azure app service, front door, VNet design & segmentation, Hybrid Connectivity, Load Balancing & Traffic Distribution, Routing & Traffic Control, DNS, etc.

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $65 - $81/hr
