We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fleet Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance duties on our fleet of 50 commercial vehicles and several pieces of heavy-duty equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and a passion for ensuring the reliability and safety of our vehicles.
- Conduct Preventative Maintenance (PM) services on commercial vehicles and heavy-duty equipment.
- Obtain and maintain a State Certified Vehicle Safety Inspection Credential and pursue any other relevant business-related certifications or licenses as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in automotive or heavy equipment maintenance is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
