Join Siemens Energy as a global Chief of Staff and serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the leadership of the Grid Technologies - Digital Grid organization. In this role you will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align priorities, facilitate decision-making, and drive high-impact outcomes ensuring the successful execution of key initiatives!
How You’ll Make An Impact•Collaborate with global leadership to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry trends.
•Actively develop and drive critical initiatives and projects
•Address a wide range of strategic and operational issues while taking responsibility for own special projects.
•Be responsible for and track progress on key projects / initiatives, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
•Act as a liaison between leadership and teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and visibility across the organization.
•Collect and leverage data analytics and insights to inform strategic decisions and measure the impact of initiatives.
•Provide direct support to senior leadership by preparing presentations, briefing materials, and reports for internal and external audiences.
•Develop a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within Digital Grid.
What You Bring
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, technology, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) is preferred.
•5+ years of experience in energy, technology, or related industries, with a strong background in strategy, operations, or project management.
•Knowledge of grid technologies, digital transformation, and energy systems preferred.
•Ambition to develop into larger roles/responsibilities in 2+ years with an interest in an intermediate development step to sharpen strategic and leadership skills.
•Proven track record to manage complex projects and drive measurable outcomes.
•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organization.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
•Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with competing priorities.
•Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot).
•Fluent in English (written and spoken) for confident communication with our national and international interfaces; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
•Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
