Position Overview

We are hiring a Carpet Cleaning Technician to deliver professional carpet and upholstery cleaning services at client locations.

This role involves physical, hands-on work, operating professional equipment, travelling between job sites, and maintaining high service standards at every appointment.

This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, physically active, and detail-oriented, who values consistency and takes pride in doing things well.

What the Work Is Like

This is not a desk job. It is active, physical work throughout the day.

You will regularly:

- Lift and carry carpet cleaning machines and equipment

- Set up hoses and tools at each location

- Stand, bend, kneel, and move for extended periods

- Travel between multiple residential and commercial sites

- Work at a steady pace while maintaining quality standards

Some days are fast-paced and demanding. Quality and professionalism are always the priority.

Responsibilities

- Perform professional carpet cleaning using company equipment and techniques

- Operate and maintain cleaning machines and tools safely

- Communicate professionally with clients and address their needs

- Follow company standards and procedures — no shortcuts

- Manage time effectively to complete jobs within scheduled windows

- Maintain clean, organized equipment and vehicles

- Document services performed and report any issues promptly

Schedule

- Part-time/casual during the first 1-2 weeks of training, with the potential to increase to full-time

- Flexible hours based on bookings
