Zell Industries is a well-established forest industry company who has been in business for 35+ years, with operations in Northern and West Central Alberta. We are currently looking for a Full Time Camp Cook & Cleaner at our Elk River Operations. The rotation will be 2 weeks in and 1 week out. Accommodations and food provided on site.

Qualifications:

- Food Safe Certificate required

- Camp Cook experience an asset

- Hotel/Banquet cooking as asset

- Housekeeping duties an asset

- Must work well with minimal assistant & supervision

Requirements:

- Responsible for meal preparation/menu planning

- Responsible for packed lunch meal preparation

- Inventory: ordering, quality control & following pre-set budgets

- Ensure cleanliness standards are met throughout the kitchen & dining facility

- Ensure cleanliness of facility, dorm rooms & bathrooms

- Assist Camp Cook when required

- Responsible for equipment maintenance & reporting any repairs required
