We’re seeking a 1099 licensed Construction Supervisor to oversee solar installation projects across Western Massachusetts. This role requires a valid Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) and hands-on experience managing residential and light commercial construction sites. You’ll ensure that all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise solar installation projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with Massachusetts building codes and safety standards

- Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and project managers to maintain timelines and quality standards

- Conduct site assessments and inspections to verify readiness and compliance

- Maintain accurate documentation and reports for each project

- Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, and internal teams

- Be available for weekend work as required by project schedules

Qualifications

- Valid Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) – unrestricted or restricted

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in solar or residential projects

- Strong understanding of Massachusetts building codes and safety regulations

- Excellent organizational and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in the field

- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
