Join Our Team as a Punch Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled Punch Operator to join our dynamic team. As a Punch Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the production of high-quality metal components that meet the exacting standards of our customers.

Responsibilities

- Set up and execute production runs to meet daily production targets and customer satisfaction standards.

- Ensure that produced components adhere to print and router specifications, both dimensionally and within specified timeframes.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of AS and ISO standards and procedures applicable to Punch operations.

- Promptly report quality and production-related issues to the floor supervisor to maintain effective communication and uphold customer commitments.

- Actively identify opportunities to streamline workflow and contribute suggestions for continuous improvement.

- Cultivate a positive and approachable attitude towards all employees, promoting a quality-focused mindset throughout the workplace.

- Accurately record production details in the provided ERP system upon starting and completing jobs.

Qualifications

- Basic blueprint reading skills

- Strong math abilities

- Familiarity with CNC basics, including g-code review and minor editing

- Proven ability to maintain production rates to meet customer satisfaction

- Positive attitude and a team player mentality

- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
