Position Overview

We’re hiring a CNC Press Brake Operator (Bystronic). This role is vital to producing accurate, high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files

- Adjust machine parameters for optimal bending quality

- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications

- Maintain accurate production records

- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot basic machine issues

- Work with quality control, engineers, and supervisors to meet production goals

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 5 to 8 years' experience operating CNC press brake machines (Bystronic preferred)

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Basic knowledge of CNC programming

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

- Strong computer skills

- High school diploma or GED

- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Bystronic CNC Press Brake

- Background in metal fabrication

- Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (occasionally 75 lbs)

- Regular walking, standing, stooping, and bending

- Must pass a pre-employment drug, alcohol, and physical screening

- Must wear required PPE
