Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill programmer for a Direct Hire role with a major manufacturer of machinery for over 40 years.

Responsibilities

- Program CNC Mill machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.

- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy.

- Utilize Fanuc controls for programming and operation of CNC machinery.

- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize production efficiency.

- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop new machining processes.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.

- Train junior staff on CNC programming techniques and best practices.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer with expertise in CNC programming languages.

- Strong knowledge of Fanuc systems and controls.

- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics accurately.

- Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices is preferred.

- Experience with Inventor CAM, Fusion 360, Mastercam X9 is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $45.00 per hour
